Editorial Publication
The Golden Fork is a monthly publication that I created during my academic studies. This publication features a guide to Toronto’s hottest restaurants. Each month with feature a list of restaurants curated by a celebrity chef. For the inaugural issue, the restaurants will be curated by chef Matty Matheson. The main idea that the publication explores is creativity, community, and supporting local. It is a publication for food lovers and culinary enthusiasts. The category that my publication falls under is food and lifestyle, and features subject matter like chef interviews and restaurant biography’s.
